Welcome to Samadeeq. These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of our CRM, customer messaging, live chat, web widget, mobile SDK, automation, reporting, and related services. By creating an account, accessing a workspace, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You may use Samadeeq only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not interfere with the platform, bypass security controls, misuse APIs or widgets, scrape the service, upload malicious code, or use Samadeeq to send spam, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful communications.

2. Accounts

When you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your workspace. You are responsible for managing users, roles, permissions, connected integrations, API keys, and any activity by your employees, contractors, or invited collaborators. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security issue.

3. Customer Data

You retain ownership of customer data, conversation content, contact records, profile data, reports, and other information you submit to Samadeeq. You grant Samadeeq permission to process that data only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, notices, and consents to collect and process customer data through Samadeeq.

4. Messaging, Widgets, and Integrations

Samadeeq may allow you to install a website widget, use a mobile SDK, connect channels, trigger automations, send notifications, and integrate with third-party services. You are responsible for how those tools are configured and for the messages, campaigns, workflows, and data flows you create. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

5. Plans, Billing, and Payment

• Fees, limits, included features, and billing periods are described in your order form, checkout page, plan details, or written agreement with Samadeeq.
• You authorize Samadeeq or our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and renewal amounts unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Usage-based fees may apply for message volume, seats, contacts, storage, integrations, AI-assisted features, or other metered services.

6. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep Samadeeq reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time. We will try to provide reasonable notice when a material change affects paid customers.

7. Acceptable Use

You must not use Samadeeq to send unsolicited messages, violate messaging or privacy laws, impersonate others, collect sensitive data without proper authorization, infringe intellectual property rights, harass people, distribute malware, overload the platform, or attempt to access data that does not belong to you.

8. Intellectual Property

Samadeeq and its software, design, brand, documentation, APIs, SDKs, templates, and underlying technology are owned by Samadeeq or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of Samadeeq intellectual property to you. You may use our materials only as permitted by these Terms and the service documentation.

9. Confidentiality

Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party must use reasonable care to protect confidential information and may use it only to perform under these Terms, unless disclosure is required by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay required fees, or use the platform in a way that harms Samadeeq, our customers, or end users. You may stop using Samadeeq or cancel your subscription according to your plan or agreement.

11. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform, widgets, SDKs, integrations, reports, automations, or AI-assisted features will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every business need.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samadeeq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or loss of data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Samadeeq for the service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Samadeeq is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
