At Samadeeq ("we", "us", "our"), privacy and trust are central to how we provide our CRM, customer messaging, live chat, web widget, mobile SDK, automation, and reporting services. 1. Information We Collect

We collect information from account holders, workspace users, website visitors, and end customers who interact with our customers through Samadeeq-powered messaging channels.

  • Account data: name, work email, company name, role, phone number, billing details, workspace settings, and authentication information.
  • Customer conversation data: chat messages, email or in-app messages, attachments, customer profile fields, conversation tags, notes, assignments, and support history that our customers submit to the platform.
  • Integration and device data: website widget events, SDK events, app identifiers, browser type, device type, IP address, session metadata, webhook payloads, and connected service configuration.
  • Support and sales communications: messages you send us through our website, email, chat, demos, forms, or customer support channels.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Samadeeq CRM and messaging platform.
  • To route, display, search, tag, automate, and report on customer conversations.
  • To manage accounts, billing, authentication, workspace permissions, and subscriptions.
  • To send service notices, product updates, onboarding messages, security alerts, and support responses.
  • To detect abuse, prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, and protect platform reliability.
  • To generate analytics and reports for customers and improve product performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.

3. Customer Data and Processor Role

When a business uses Samadeeq to communicate with its own customers, that business controls the customer data placed in the platform. Samadeeq processes that data on the business's behalf to provide the service. Customers are responsible for providing any required notices, obtaining appropriate consent, and configuring the platform in line with the laws that apply to their organization.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell personal data. We share information only as needed to operate Samadeeq, such as with hosting providers, analytics services, payment processors, email delivery providers, security tools, customer support systems, and integration partners selected or authorized by a customer. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect Samadeeq, our customers, or the public.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, measure website performance, understand product usage, and support the live chat widget. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some account, security, or messaging features may not work properly without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain account, billing, workspace, and service records for as long as needed to provide the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customer conversation data is retained according to the workspace settings, subscription plan, customer instructions, and applicable law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Request a portable copy of your data.
  • Withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed for a CRM provider, including TLS encryption, hashed passwords, access controls, limited internal access, monitoring, backups, and operational security practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect data handled through Samadeeq.

9. International Transfers

Samadeeq may process and store information in countries other than where you live or where your customers are located. When we transfer personal data internationally, we use safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the laws that apply.

10. Children

Samadeeq is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children. Customers should not use Samadeeq to knowingly collect children's personal data unless they have a lawful basis to do so.
